FLORIDA SHORES PLAZA is located in Volusia County on the southwest corner of South Ridgewood Ave (US Hwy 1) and Indian River Blvd just a few miles east of Interstate 95. The plaza is anchored by Winn Dixie and Bealls Outlet and features a mix of strong national and local retailers.
